Board of Education Approval to Let Bid Out: January 26, 2026, 

Pre-Bid Meeting:  February 17, 2026 - 3:30 p.m. In person at Rankin School (room location TBD) or virtually via zoom at https://us02web.zoom.us/j/84892984072?pwd=0il2KyRYBr0vmfbvywbT2BVydfw8sv.1

Bid Due to Rankin Office and Bid Opening: Thursday, February 26, 2026, at 10:00 a.m. in Rankin Meeting Room (Room 101). Bids must be sealed, signed, and received at Rankin School’s Main Office no later than 10:00 a.m. on February 26, 2026.

Board of Education Awarding of Bid to Provider and Approving Notice to Proceed: Monday, March 2, 2026, 5:00 p.m. - Special Board Meeting held in Rankin Meeting Room (Room 101)

Board of Education Approving Contract with Provider: Monday, March 23, 2026, 6:30 p.m. – Regular Board Meeting held in Rankin Meeting Room (Room 101)
