What is the Speech Team all about?

Rankin's Speech Team is similar to a Drama Club. Students can choose from duets, small group, and solo performances to compete in the State Speech Competition. Students choose their scripts and memorize and put actions to their words. Students learn how to communicate in front of large audiences. Students practice once a week with me and then there are two large group practices. The students have a lot of fun and I encourage more students to come out and try their hand at Drama!
