Small Scientists, Big Learning

by Hilarie Clevenger

September 26, 2009

We may be small in 4th grade, but we are doing some very big learning about science and math.  We are learning how scientists perform experiments.  Hunting for bacteria was our first experiment.  Ask them where we found the most bacteria, it may surprise you.  We have also examined 'moon rocks' to classify them and find out how they were made.  We have examined the planets in our Solar System.  We have learned what jobs we could have at NASA.  Pictures from Mrs. Clevenger's trip to NASA were very cool!!!! We are sharing pictures from our activities in class.  Visit later for more updates on our learning.  Can't wait to share what else we learn. Scientific Learning
